BLANKSPACE PRDuring the Fall of 2014, I collaborated with a group of four students to develop a social media plan for a local nonprofit organization, Youth Oasis, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our group, named BlankSpace PR consisted solely of Manship School of Mass Communication students, worked alongside the organization to improve online presence, spread awareness about the organizations message and purpose, create clear and consistent messaging and drive traffic and donations through online platforms.
My main contributions included the communications analysis, SWOT analysis and design of all promotional materials. The analysis presented below is the overall Social Media Plan detailing Blankspace PR's recommendations for Youth Oasis to implement over the next 12 months. |

In order to spread awareness about Youth Oasis, and more specifically youth homelessness in Baton Rouge, BlankSpace PR designed and published the displayed infographic to promote the cause throughout the community. Our target audiences were families and potential donors in the greater Baton Rouge community.
